そんなわけで、現在は大阪ショールームでしか購入していません。

今日は愛用しているお灸を紹介します。

①煙の出ない「奇跡・レギュラー」
②煙の出ない「奇跡・ソフト」
③煙の出る・香り付き「はじめてのお灸moxa Fruits くだもののかほり」「はなのかほり」
④火を使わない「太陽」

まず、①煙の出ない「奇跡・レギュラー」は寒さが厳しく、手足の冷えが強い時に使います。
お灸を続けたことで、体の巡りが良くなり、レギュラーだと熱く感じることが多くなったため、寒い時期にだけ使っています。
それ以外は通年②煙の出ない「奇跡・ソフト」を使用。

③「はじめてのお灸moxa Fruits くだもののかほり」と「はなのかほり」は奇跡と併用しています。
「くだもの～」「はな～」はその日の気分にあわせてチョイス。
このお灸は温熱レベルが低く、お灸初心者でも熱さを感じないやさしいお灸です。
私は“足と肩は奇跡、手はかおりのお灸”という風に（日によって部位は変わりますが）使っています。
全部位を「くだもの～」「はな～」にすると、私には香りがきつすぎてダメでした･･。

④火を使わない「太陽」はサンプルでいただいたのですが、オフィスで使います。
冬の寒い日、足元が冷える時に太陽を三陰交に貼るのですが、これが中々イイ！
それでも寒さが厳しい時は靴用カイロも入れて。
これ最強です（笑）

前回はお灸を続けた結果、一番効果が出たのは足・脚と紹介しました。
その次に『お灸の効果･･？』と思っているのが肌。
お灸をしてから「肌がきれい」と言われることが多くなりましたが、ケアは全く変わっていません。
一番驚いた出来事は、友人の付き添いで某赤いスキンケアのカウンターに行ったときのこと。
友人と一緒に肌年齢測定をしてもらったのですが、友人は実年齢+3歳、私は実年齢-11歳という驚きの結果が出てひっくり返りそうになりました。
もともと肌が弱く化粧をしない（できない）ということもあるのですが、それプラスお灸効果がもたらした結果だと思います。
なお、友人はこれをきっかけにお灸仲間になりました（笑）
その他は、足の裏にお灸（湧泉、失眠）をした結果、かかとのガサガサが軽減！
どういうカラクリかわかりませんが、お灸効果なのは間違いないです。
健康のために始めたお灸ですが、健康よりも美容に力を発揮している感が･･。

お灸を続けること3年－。
私の体に変化がありました。
まずお灸を始める前ですが、冬になれば足先は青白く、爪は真っ青で血が通っていないのが一目瞭然。
血が通っていないので感覚がなく、酷いとしもやけが出来ることも。
足は常にむくんでおり、クリームパン足でした･･（涙）
お灸を続けた結果、一番変化・効果を実感したのは足！
冬になれば足先は冷えるものの、色は黄色、爪はピンク！血が通っているのが目に見えてわかります！！
さらにむくみが取れ、指と指の間に隙間ができ、足の指が長くなりました！（笑）
靴のサイズも1cmダウン。
もちろん日によってむくむことはありますが、クリームパン足に戻ることはありません。
脚（ふくらはぎ）もむくみが取れて見た目がスッキリ。
10代の頃から脚が太いのがコンプレックスでしたが、これってむくみだったんですね･･。
